Memberships

We welcome as members, all professional dance instructors and all persons interested in the promotion of excellence and supporting the art of dance generally by inviting you to join the AID in the appropriate membership category – either as an ‘Ordinary’ Professional Member, ‘Uncertified’ Professional Member or an ‘Affiliate’ Member.

Constitution

Memebership Types

Ordinary

Associate Degree or Higher

$80 per calendar year

Professionals who have completed a recognised Teaching, Coaching or Adjudicating exam in front of a panel of their peers

Uncertified Professional Member

Professionals with lower qualifications than above, or non-qualified
$90 per calendar year

Professionals who have yet to complete a recognised exam

Affiliate Members

Amateurs and General Public
$110 per calendar year

Those who wish to enjoy the perks of membership without holding a professional qualification, including Amateur Competitors, Student Teachers or the General Public,
